We are deeply committed to the environment and take numerous steps to minimize our carbon footprint. Our tannery is LWG Gold rated, signifying our adherence to the highest environmental standards in leather production.
Where are your products made?
All of our products are made in-house at our factory. From tanning our own leather in our LWG Gold rated tannery to the final product, every step is meticulously scrutinized by us. This includes garments, shoes, furniture, and accessories.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a full refund for unworn, unused, and undamaged items. Returns and exchanges are accepted up to 15 days after you receive your product. If you receive an item that is already damaged, we will compensate you with either a refund or a new product after you return the damaged item. Refunds can be processed either as a full bank transfer or as store credit, which is provided immediately.
